1. ELIGIBILITY. By entering the contest, each entrant agrees to abide by all of the rules and conditions contained herein, as well as all applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations, and further agrees to release the foundation and its directors, officers, agents and employees from any and all liability with respect to all aspects of the contest including, but not limited to, the selection process. The contest is open to any eligible person residing in any county or state. By entering, contest participants represent that their participation is not in violation of their local laws or otherwise prohibited. We reserve the right to not accept any illegal, defective or inappropriate photographs. Employees of the Harford County Government or D3Corp, their immediate family members, members of either organizations' Board of Directors and their immediate family members, and agents and prize suppliers and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the contest. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Participants acknowledge that their submission of a photo does not in any way guarantee that they will win a prize. 

2. PRIVACY. By entering this contest, all entrants consent to the use of their name, photographs, biography, voice and video for advertising and promotional purposes, worldwide and without limitation and without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Winning entrants agree to allow Harford County Tourism and Harford County Government to use their name, likeness, and any statements made by them regarding the prize for advertising or publicity purposes without compensation. Upon submission, each entrant agrees to release his or her photograph for use by the Harford County Government and its affiliates. Submitted photos will become property of Harford County Tourism and Harford County Government and may be used for other purposes without consent of the initial entrant. 

3. PRIZES AND DRAWINGS. After the initial drawing, a winner will be chosen every two months. All of the prizes will be rotated, our prize will be a private party at La Banque de Fleuve. Prize includes use of venue (Sun-Fri) for up to 40 guests, based on availability. 

4. NOTIFICATION. The entrants whose photograph is selected will be deemed the winner of the contest will be deemed the prize winner. 

5. MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION OF DRAWING. Harford County Tourism reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest. 

6. WINNERS. Winner will be notified by phone, e-mail or by mail based on the information received on the registration form. Name of winner will be available on the Harford County Tourism website. Winners may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability release. Failure to do so if requested or if one otherwise fails to comply by these rules and/or to make arrangements to claim his or her prize within thirty (30) days of notification will void that entry. It is at the sole discretion of Harford County Tourism, without dispute, to select an alternate winner if such a situation is presented.

7. AWARDING OF PRIZES. More than one name may be listed on a registration form, but the first name listed shall be deemed to be the entrant or participant. All winners must be able to provide valid identification and their name must match the name associated with the winning photograph. Delivery or payment of any prize shall be made solely to the entrant. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant in a multiple party entry to allocate any such prize among the participants in a multiple party entry.

8. AUTHORITY AND CONTROL. The decision of Harford County Tourism shall be final in all matters concerning the contest. The contest is subject to the laws of the State of Maryland. Void where prohibited by law.

9. LIABILITY. Harford County Tourism and Harford County Government assume no liability. Harford County Tourism and Harford County Government also reserve the right to seek remedies and damages (including attorney fees) against any claims made against us, should the situation arise. All decisions related to interpretation/enforcement of these rules and regulations shall be made by either Harford County Tourism or Harford County Government, and will be final. Void where prohibited by law. By entering the contest, participant agrees to release Harford County Tourism & D3Corp, and all other parties involved in the promotion or conduct of the event.
